Greatly enjoyed the place, had a very nice stay for 2 nights. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of spicy options.

Thank you for a really good stay. Their rooms are always great-sized and compact with a shower and fresh towels and a decent bathroom. Really excellent and excellent staff, they know their business. Excellent dishes can be found in the traditional restaurant.

For the price we paid, we got great value at this hotel. The room was comfortable and we loved the unique touch of the curtain that created a separate space for our daughter. The location was superb, with everything we needed within walking distance and easy access to the subway. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and went out of their way to help us. The rooftop bar was a peaceful retreat in the midst of the bustling neighborhood.

The best thing about this hotel/hostel was the location in the hutong. And the Staff that was very helpful. NeXT Door is à great Lottie Chinese restaurant. This was china for real.

The hotel is in a good position to visit the city. The people working there are very kind and try to help you as much as possible. There's a very nice terrace on the roof.

The receptionists don't speak english very well, except one girl, but they are very nice and available. We had to ask to clean better the bathroom and to change the towels.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location of this hotel is fantastic, within walking distance to two subway stations. Being in the center of the building with no outside windows provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The service here is top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff who are always ready to assist. The room amenities were excellent, with heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also offers various services such as room service, car hire, and laundry, making our stay even more convenient.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Small, uncomfortable and dark room. Very hot despite of the airconditioner, which apparently did not function quite well. No cleaning ( I even found some staff, belonging to previous tourists), no towel change for 5 nights. Didn't like much the breakfast

The room is clean and well kept; comfortable good-sizes beds, although the bathroom in the family suite is quite cramped. Good location, close to bus stations and a short walk to the subway. Excellent staff, very friendly and happy to meet our requests. Would recommend this to travellers looking for a cheaper alternative to a hotel, with a more homely feel of a Chinese style b&b
